I was browsing the web this weekend and came across a very interesting article about "superfoods" that work to give you luxurious and more beautiful hair. One of the ones I saw were one of my absolute favorite foods.
Salmon
Salmon is considered to be a sueprfood for your hair because it is rich in essential fatty acids. Zinc and Omega 3 fatty acids are great for hair and nails, helping to reduce shedding and promote hair growth. Salmon is also really good at keeping your scalp healthy!
I definetely encourage you all to take a look at this list and see if any of these are in your diet!
